After submitting a customer service request, how long does it take to get a response?

Our customer service team is available to answer your questions Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm (MDT). You can expect a response within 24-48 hours during business days, and inquiries over the weekend will be addressed within the same time period on the next available business day. We kindly ask that all customers should refrain from submitting multiple tickets for the same inquiry, as this will only slow down the response time from our team.

Yes! There is no indication of what products are inside the box or any type of branding on the box.
