Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You have 14 days from the date your return label is issued to ship your items back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

We will provide a return label once your return is approved. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged or replacement product to reach you can vary.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
