I had to take too many of these to get the desired effect. However, they work great for my wife and she'll be buying more.

The best for getting me to sleep on time.

These are the only gummies I have found that help me to fully relax and get to bed. I only need a half of one around 7pm. Then I'm always asleep between 10pm- 11pm. Which is my goal. They leave me feeling less stressed the next day as well.

Too strong for me

I usually take half of a 25 mg delta eight and then three or four hours later take the other half so I did the same with these. That evening everything was great but I woke up the next day high & spent the rest of that day high. This one hits for a long time. Too long for me
