It's fine and does the job, but it doesn't really have any taste like their Orange Creamsicle one does. It smells alright at least! But there's no taste so you can't really tell if it's still under your tongue or if you swallowed it too soon.

I use the Delta 8 gummies for sleeping, so when I saw the tincture I figured I would give it a try. First off, it’s delicious! No aftertaste at all. Unfortunately I don’t react the same to the tincture as I do to the gummies. The first time I used the tincture I did half a dose and fell right to sleep. The second time half a dose didn’t made me tired, so a couple of hours later I did another half dose. Shortly after that I started having weird muscle spasms in my legs, feelings of paranoia, vertigo and racing thoughts. I felt dragged out and yucky the entire next day. The third time I tried 1/4 dose, it helped me sleep but I still had the vertigo and felt really tired and off most of the following day. I’m not sure what the difference is between the gummies and the tincture besides how quickly they start working but I’ll be sticking with the gummies.
